-All of our invoices for Credit Card and PayPal type payments are generated through PayPal in the form of an Email-Invoice. We do not personally handle any credit card information so PLEASE do not give us your credit card information!!!!!
-All NON-Credit Card or NON-PayPal type invoices are created by us and we will email a copy of the invoice to you if you choose to send in a payment in form of Cash, Cashiers Check, or Certified Money Order.
-We REQUIRE to have the following information before creating and sending an invoice so we can include a
shipping cost and also to make sure we enter the correct model year and info so you get the correct parts.
-Name
-Shipping Address
-Contact Phone Number
-Email OR PayPal Address
-Year / Make / Model of vehicle
We cannot send you an invoice unless we have all of the above information.
If you choose to make a payment either with a Credit Card OR with a PayPal account we will send an Email Invoice through PayPal directly to your Email or PayPal address.
You are NOT required in any way to have a current PayPal account to send us a payment!!! The invoices are created and sent through PayPal as a safe and secure method to send a payment for an order, so please do not feel obligated to set up a new PayPal account if you do not already have an existing one as again this is not required in any way. If you do NOT have a PayPal account we simply need an email address that you want us to send an invoice to. If you DO have a PayPal account and want to use this to send a payment we will need your PayPal address to send an invoice to. PayPal will send an email to either address with a link to click on which takes you to a sign-in page for existing members, again not required, or simply to a page which provides you with a detailed invoice and payment options. This is a very simple payment option with easy to follow steps. Again we do not personally handle any Credit Card information and all payments of this form will only be handled directly through a Paypal Email-Invoice.
ALL orders ship out with one of our invoices included for your record and ours. You can also print a copy of the PayPal invoice for your records and also to have the transaction number for your payment. All parts orders generally ship out within 24-48 hours of being paid and will ship by FedEx Ground service or UPS Ground service to US 48 states. USPS Priority is another service we offer and typically for smaller orders and also International shipping.
ALL shipping rates for parts orders will include a minimum $1.00 handling fee
For ANY Transmission rebuild payment must be made in full before we will begin working on it!!!

IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER FOR A REBUILT TRANSMISSION YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTER PAYMENT IS RECIEVED, OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE A 5% INCONVINIENCE FEE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND!!!
